We ship to all states and union territories across India including remote locations. We use trusted courier partners — BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and India Speed Post — to ensure reliable, timely delivery to your doorstep.
Shipping is completely FREE on all orders. There are no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available at no extra charge.
Business days are Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day.
Once your order is confirmed and payment verified (for COD: upon order placement), it is processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive an SMS and/or email confirmation with your tracking details once the order is dispatched.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across India at no extra cost. Simply select COD at checkout and pay the delivery agent in cash when your package arrives. No advance payment required.
We understand that discretion is extremely important to our customers. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked brown packaging. There is no product name, company name, description, or any indication of the product's nature printed on the outside of the box. The sender name on the shipping label will show only "MZT Commerce."
Inside the package, you will find your product along with an official GST invoice from MZT Commerce (GST No: 09ERAPA8060F1Z0). Your privacy is our highest commitment.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS to your registered mobile number. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, unavailability at the delivery address after multiple attempts, or refusal to accept the COD package, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
