Important: Due to the nature of the product (a personal medical/health device), returns are accepted only under specific conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered: You received a product different from what you ordered.
- Defective or damaged product: The product arrived in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect.
- Missing components: Accessories or components listed in the product description are missing from your package.
- Product under warranty repair: Product fails within the 1-year warranty period due to a manufacturing defect (not misuse).
Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used or the seal has been broken (for hygiene and health reasons).
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Product opened but returned without all original accessories, packaging, and invoice.
2. Return Window
All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. For warranty claims, the 1-year warranty period applies from the date of purchase as shown on your GST invoice.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at +91-9286866883 or email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number, a description of the issue, and photographs/video of the product showing the defect or damage.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and advise on the next steps.
- If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no cost to you.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, your refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days via:
- Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your bank account. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return.
Please note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Since we offer free shipping, no deduction is made for shipping.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement product instead of a refund, we will ship a new unit to you at no extra cost once the returned product is received and verified. Replacement shipping is free of charge.
6. Warranty Claims
ProExtender® carries a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
For warranty claims, contact us with your original GST invoice (proof of purchase) and a description / photos of the issue.
